1. How can I be sure I am pregnant?
Come in.  We will give you a free pregnancy test and can arrange a free prenatal exam by a doctor to confirm the pregnancy.

2. Who can I talk to?
Us.  All of our services are completely confidential within the laws of the state of California.  We understand your situation and care about you. Our counselors are trained to be non-judgmental and will treat you with dignity and respect.


3.  Do I need to see a doctor?
Yes, for your own well being as well as that of the life within you.

4. I am so confused.  What am I going to do?
You need time and space to think about your choices.  We can give you  that and help you to make an informed and controlled decision.

5.  How can I tell my family?
We can help you understand your own feelings and then rehearse you communicating them to your family.  We can even be with you for support when you tell them.

6.  What if I get kicked out of the house?
We work with other organizations and have contacts for housing.

7.  Can I continue in school?
Yes, many schools now have special programs for pregnant minors. These programs allow young ladies to continue their education while pregnant.

8.  What about abortion?
We can educate you on different abortion procedures and help you understand the risks and alternatives.   We believe that keeping your baby is the best choice you can make.  We will educate you but let you make the decision.  Our concern is for YOU.  We offer free post-abortion counseling for women who struggle with the decision sometimes years later.

9.  But I am not ready to be a parent.
We will help you think this clearly through but sometimes it is indeed  the reality.  We work with a number of adoption agencies and it is important for you to know the flexibilties and freedoms available in today's adoptions.
